Budz Funeral Services was originally founded by Thomas Moore, the first Funeral Director in Holland, Manitoba. Moore was the first to use an all electric funeral hearse in rural Manitoba. He purchased the hearse from the estate of Mark Fortune, who lost his life on the Titanic disaster while the vehicle was being shipped from England by freight.
